Sidetrack: emergency rudder

Cassette and rudder blade.

The "tiller" needs to go sideways since there's a backstay on this boat, and we'll then use a long push-pull hiking stick to steer with.

I used the template and router method to shape this straight-sided blade. It was fun- no fairing of the blank at all, just a big ol pile of pink foam and cedar.
