I've added a coat of filler all over the hull, tinted black with graphite dust to make it easier to sand and to act as a guide layer for future coats. I've sanded it about 75% of the way, just trying to get it so I see some clear spots occasionally.
I decided to check the hull with a full length batten again, to make sure Im getting things both fair and smooth. I have a little hollow around f53 that I'd like to bring up, but otherwise I'm pretty happy. The rest of the filler will be for blending in the seam overlaps.
The second coat of filler is on now, covering about 30% of the boat. That will take a day to cure, so my arms get a break.
Lookin damn good!
